To Setup your Ricoh Smart scan options please do the following

 

Navigate to : https://na.accounts.ricoh.com/portal/top.html

Click on the Application settings button

Click the External Services connections button on the left menu

Click on the Configure button for the services you would like to activate

(Greyed-out options are not available)

(if the service has a yes✔️ it is already configured)

 

For Egnyte

the url is https://anseradvisory.egnyte.com/

and click the Allow Access button when prompted

 

Click on the Application List item on the left menu

 

Click on the connector you wish to configure

 

Select the Destination folder and select pdf for the OCR option
