1. Accessing the product.
   1. URL https://windows365.microsoft.com it is also accessible via the waffle icon in your regular office 365 content similar to Outlook or sharepoint etc
2. Setup
   1. When you log in for the first time the system will generate a VM that is dedicated for you. This process takes about 10-15 min and will indicate at the top of your screen when it is ready
   2. No action is required other than to just wait
3. Access the cloud VM
   1.  you can access the cloud VM via the web browser or by using a remote desktop client. in secure areas the browser is the most likely easiest access tool
   2. you can also access via Tablet or Phone (ios and android apps available)
4. Usage
   1. once you sign in you are the local admin of the computer and can install or configure to meet your needs.  However currently I have no administrative tools for fixing or troubleshooting your VMs so if rebooting does not fix the issue your only other step is to reset your PC and take it back to factory settings.  because of this please be sure to back up any critical work to onedrive (kbXXX)
   2. your VM will effectively go to sleep when your not actively using it so processes wont run in the background but any windows or programs running should come back as you left them
