Export and Import Bookmarks

Click the three lines to open the menu, select Bookmarks

Click Manage Bookmarks (at the bottom)

Select Import and Backup then choose which action you wish to perform

Export and Import Passwords

Click the three lines at the top right and select Passwords

Click the three dots at the top right of the window and select Export logins...

To import, navigate to about:config in the address bar and click Accept the Risk and Continue

 In the search bar enter signon.management.page.fileImport.enabled 

Change from False to True by clicking the two little arrows

Restart browser

Click the three lines and select Passwords

Click the three dots at the top of the page and select Import from a File

Select the File you previously exported and click Open
