Known Issue Details: unable to use onboard microphone during Teams calls within Exelon's VPC.
Affected Users: individuals accessing Exelon's Citrix environment from an Accenture HP laptop.
If you are among the affected users, please perform the following steps from your Accenture laptop:
1) Download the attachment "Citrix_HDXMediaStream.reg" from this KB article OR from Egnyte, and open the file.
2) On the Beyond Trust Privilege Management screen, select "Accenture Business" from the drop-down and click "Yes":
3) Within the Registry Editor dialog box, click "Yes":
4) Click "OK" on the following Registry Editor success dialog:
5) Restart your computer. You can now complete calls from the VPC.
